When do you decorate your Christmas tree? It’s a thanksgiving tradition!

What is your favorite Christmas song? What makes it your favorite? “Rockin’ Little Christmas” a song I wrote with my dear friend, legendary Bruce Channell while sitting in my little white Volkswagen in the middle of a summer rainstorm! We decided to make good use of our time while trapped in my car and write a song called , “ Rockin’ Little Christmas!” When I signed with RCA records, “Rockin Little Christmas” became my very first video for the label!!! As far as an older classic… I would have to say “The Christmas Song”

What is your go-to holiday drink? My Arbonne Pomegranate Fizzy Mach-tail!!!

What is your favorite Christmas present that you have ever received? When I was a little girl… it was very special when J received a Bible with my name engraved on the front. I still have it and treasure it with all my heart.

What were your Christmas traditions when you were younger? Going to pick out a tree with my mother and daddy and sisters.

How have your Christmas celebrations changed since becoming an adult?Note family, more fun, more live!

How will Christmas be different at your house this year be different this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic? Again… our Christmas traditions are pretty laid back … just hanging out with family… we will carry on and enjoy opening and laughing and enjoying each other and Santa Clause gifts… all while celebrating the birth of Christ!

What is your favorite Christmas memory? How do you spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day? I love to hang out at home with my husband Raymond and just relax and enjoy watching old classic movies!!!

How do you spend New Year’s Eve? New Years is So Special because not only does it mark the beginning of a new year… it’s actually our Wedding Anniversary!!! We were married with a small gathering of family and friends at a beautiful Civil War Era Mansion called Rippavilla in Spring Hill Tennessee!!!

How will the pandemic impact your celebrations? It won’t because I quit going out to big crowds on New Years Eve years ago… Raymond and I are so lucky because we can see the amazing Franklin Tennessee fireworks from our back yard! Very convenient and fun!!!

What do you typically eat on New Year’s Day? Hang out at home and eat black eyed peas at some point.

Do you have a New Year’s Resolution for 2021? Stay active, positive, creative, productive, and motivated. I want to live each day to the fullest continuing to spread sunshine and the light of love!
