What is your name? Danny Wells

What is your current single and/or album? Currently working on new music.

What are you most thankful for this year? I am the most thankful for family, friends, and God’s guiding hand.

Do you prefer artificial Christmas trees or real trees? I prefer a real live Christmas tree. I love picking out the perfect tree and the aroma of pine throughout my log cabin which gets me in the Christmas spirit!

When do you decorate your Christmas tree? I like to decorate my Christmas tree just after Thanksgiving.

What is your favorite Christmas song?  What makes it your favorite? “Mary, Did You Know” is my favorite Christmas song. It is my favorite because I think it is one the most well-written songs of the season.

What is your go-to holiday drink? Without a doubt, Egg Nog!

What is your favorite Christmas present that you have ever received? My favorite Christmas gift was my first electric guitar which was a Silvertone from Sears and Roebuck, given to me by my mother.

What were your Christmas traditions when you were younger? We always put milk & cookies out for Santa Claus! I also remember looking forward to decorating our Christmas tree and putting lots of tinsel on it and an angel on top!

How have your Christmas celebrations changed since becoming an adult? Although the holidays have changed over the years since becoming an adult, I still look forward to many of the same traditions and celebrating with family and friends.

What is your favorite Christmas memory? My favorite Christmas memory would have to be going to bed early on Christmas Eve, the anticipation of Santa Claus coming during the night, and waking up early on Christmas morning to the excitement and magic of Santa’s toys under the tree!

How do you spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day? I like to spend the time between Christmas and New Year’s Day reflecting on the many blessings that came my way throughout the year.

How do you spend New Year’s Eve? I like to spend New Year’s Eve at home and watch the apple drop in New York and the guitar drop in Nashville!

What do you typically eat on New Year’s Day? I eat black-eyed peas and turnip greens for New Years Day!

Do you have a New Year’s Resolution for 2022? My New Year’s Resolution is to play a ton of live shows in 2023!
