Do you prefer artificial Christmas trees or real trees? I honestly prefer an artificial tree just since they are easy maintenance and can reuse for several years!

When do you decorate your Christmas tree? I usually wait until the day after Thanksgiving to decorate my tree, but this year I did it the weekend before. No more rules in 2020!

What is your favorite Christmas song? What makes it your favorite? Favorite Christmas song is probably “All I Want For Christmas Is You” because I love a good Mariah Carey moment.

What is your go-to holiday drink? Favorite holiday drink is a hot toddy, whiskey plus apple cider is just such a great combo. My non-alcoholic choice would be hot chocolate, you can’t go wrong with that!

What is your favorite Christmas present that you have ever received? One of my favorite gifts I’ve ever received was my Taylor Guitar.

What were your Christmas traditions when you were younger? I have a very large family- dozens of cousins and aunts and uncles. We play white elephant each Christmas and it’s just become this hilarious game we play over the years.

How have your Christmas celebrations changed since becoming an adult? Christmas celebrations now have been less about gifts and more about just hanging out and having a good time with family as we’ve gotten older.

How will Christmas be different at your house this year be different this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic? This year will be different not spending it with our large extended family which is a bummer but completely understandable. We’ll carefully celebrate when we can.

What is your favorite Christmas memory? Favorite Christmas memory is being curled up on the couch drinking apple cider while watching “The Holiday” on repeat!

How do you spend the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day? That week between the two holidays I usually spend in Southern California visiting with family that we have all over the place (since I don’t get to go home too much).

How do you spend New Year’s Eve? New Year’s Eve is a holiday I usually spend with a handful of close friends. I prefer to do something more low key versus going out. We usually play music, drink champagne and watch the ball drop at midnight.

How will the pandemic impact your celebrations? This year, I’ll be with my family for the holiday season and we won’t expect to see much of our extended family to keep it on the smaller side of things when it comes to celebrating.

What do you typically eat on New Year’s Day? I love a good bagel and lox brunch with mimosas on the side on New Year’s Day!

Do you have a New Year’s Resolution for 2021? My resolution for the new year is to put out as much music and content and make the most out of what we can do with the pandemic. I’m excited and hopeful for what’s next!
