(November 30, 2020 – Nashville, TN) – Multi-genre, award-winning, singer/songwriter, Brady Seals is excited to release his new memoir, God Blessed Texas & Me Too. The book is titled after the iconic 90s hit, “God Blessed Texas,” which he co-wrote and recorded while with country super-group, Little Texas.
The memoir was written to encourage and inspire readers while taking them down his dramatic journey from the height of Seals’ fame, during the time spent with Little Texas, to the personal lows brought about by anxiety, depression, and divorce. Seals is also releasing his own brand-new version of the hit song along with the corresponding music video.
The memoir begins at the peak of Little Texas’ chart-storming career and travels down the path of his departure from the band, working in the recording studio with the legendary Rodney Crowell, and fronting another critically-acclaimed group, Hot Apple Pie. Seals even shares some of his most memorable road stories along the way. He speaks openly and candidly about his walk with God as well as on his struggles with temptation and grief. He also reveals how God not only blessed Texas but how He also blessed and guided the entertainer through the triumphs and tribulations that fame and fortune bring.
“I don’t want to be presumptuous, but I thought maybe my story could possibly help someone out there in their struggle. My despair was divorce but everyone goes through their own hard times. It may be a family member losing their fight to cancer, bankruptcy, or some other life-altering event,” added Seals.
The book was edited by Andrew Vaughan. Order the paperback now, or pre-order the audiobook or Kindle edition of God Blessed Texas & Me Too on Amazon here! Pre-save Seals’ brand-new version of “God Blessed Texas” here.
