“Destination You”, was written with love and loss! Love of a friend and the loss of that friend – also knowing that the peace and duty of that friendship was fulfilled. It’s a rare experience to be filled with complete satisfaction of anything, much less a friendship, but here we are, and there you have it. I thought it was worthy enough to document it for posterity. The person who was my inspiration for this song, Frank Loverde, died – and just recently, my co/writer for this song, Steve Valverde, died unexpectedly. Both were my dear friends and music soul brothers. I am so fortunate to have had them in my life.I dedicate this song to them both.,” shared Linda Imperial.
