When Randy Travis had a near-fatal stroke in 2013, I didn’t expect that Travis would ever release new music again. It came as a pleasant surprise when I learned today that Travis has released a new single.
The single wasn’t recently recorded. It was recorded sometime prior to his stroke, but it was not widely released. The single is called “One In A Row” and it was written by Buddy Jewell and Thom McHugh.
Travis recently released a memoir called “Forever and Ever, Amen: A Memoir Of Music, Faith And Braving The Storms of Life.” The book was written with Ken Abraham.
