Country music legend Tanya Tucker is launching Cosa Salvaje tequila with founder Elle France. The tequila is a silver spirit which is distilled at
the family-owned Partida Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico from very mature Blue Agave plants.
Steven Lyon photographed Tucker for Cosa Salvaje with a Fresian horse on the sandy white beaches in Malibu, California. Tucker isn’t just the face for Cosa Salvaje. She said she truly loves their brand of tequila, adding that she wouldn’t be partnering with them if it didn’t pass her taste test.
“All my friends did a blind test with different tequilas and Cosa Salvaje was the hands down winner, so I know everyone else is going to enjoy it as much as I do,” Tucker said in a statement.
In addition to the tequila’s taste, Tucker said that it is also important to her that the agave and the distilling process is environmentally friendly.
Every bottle of Cosa Salvaje tequila is handmade out of recycled glass.
“Cosa Salvaje bottles are truly a work of art and we’re changing the face of the tequila drinking experience.,” said CEO/ Founder Elle France. “Cosa Salvaje is smooth enough to sip and the taste is perfect for even non-tequila drinkers. We’re ecstatic to be in business with a global icon like Tanya.”
Cosa Salvaje is distributed by Garcia International Beverages and retails for under $50 a bottle. It is available online at CasaSalvajeTequila.com.
