Hank Jr. Streams Sold-Out Wyoming Concert On Nov. 20

Hank Williams Jr. played a sold out show at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There was a limited number of fans who were permitted to attend the concert and they were required to be seated and socially distanced. The concert was livestreamed by Sessions Live. The event, which was called “Once In A Lifetime: An Evening With Hank Williams, Jr.,” was available to people in 200 countries.

The concert was the first time Hank Williams, Jr. had performed at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in 40 years and it was his first show since being inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Livestream tickets were $20 for general admission in advance and $25 on the day of the show. An option that included a livestream ticket and a “virtual hang” before the show was also available for $70.

The show was billed as a stripped-down performance. It featured Hank Williams, Jr. sitting, playing his guitar and singing hit after hit. He did not talk very much during the performance. He did play most of his biggest hits.
